You're facing an issue where both CPU and RAM diagnostics appear simultaneously during boot. This often points to a hardware conflict or driver problem. Consider checking the BIOS settings for conflicts, updating your motherboard drivers, or testing with a different CPU if possible. If you're using a Ryzen 5 1600X, ensure it's properly seated in the motherboard slots and that the system clock is stable.

I would search the web for the most recent bios that back the 1600x standard and attempt to flash it if feasible.

It seems the system isn't reaching the BIOS menu and flashback isn't available. Could using a 5th Gen Ryzen help?

The real issue with AM4 BIOSes was that they began consuming more memory than intended, which led to the removal of older CPUs, leaving only a handful of standards remaining.
