I attempted to fix the issue by swapping the GPU, HDMI cable, and other connections. I tried various methods to get it working again. The problem persists, with the screen flashing black in and out before completely disappearing.

I'm assuming no, but I'll check if there are any flashing lights on the motherboard—it might indicate an issue. Have you tried using a different monitor or TV? Third, if you're using more than one RAM, try removing one and see if it resolves the problem; if not, try another. Fourth, it could be the motherboard itself, possibly with damaged PCIe connections or a short circuit. Fifth, maybe the CPU has failed and needs replacement.
