Before you upgrade the CPU... Do you confirm it's functioning properly? What are the current temperatures? How is the performance looking?

The performance was within normal ranges. I updated the bios and reconfigured the CPU; it still functioned, though the light remained on. I’m not sure what’s causing the issue.

Additionally today, when I attempt to power on my PC, it displays the motherboard screen but fails to load into Windows. Could you assist me?

We don’t have much control. If everything is connected correctly, the cooler works and there are no bent pins, it might be a faulty component—like the CPU or motherboard.

The PC is currently not booting into Windows even though it was functional the previous day. I can access the BIOS without issues and the CPU is detected there. The second red light indicates a boot problem, but I’m unsure why it’s not working.

I haven't interacted with the BIOS and managed to boot Windows by restarting repeatedly. It's running fine now, but the red LED is still on.

Perhaps Tapatalk? I’m not sure how to figure out the issue. I’d reset the BIOS, reinstall Windows, and thoroughly check every power connector with a fine-toothed comb. Otherwise, it’s tough to determine what’s causing the problem.
