The boot indicator on the motherboard is yellow, the VGA light is white, and you're having trouble connecting to your monitor. The image you shared appears to show unusual color representation.

Things we need to help you... Specs (Cpu Ram MOBO) Not just models I want specs like what speed you ram is ETC) Has it worked before? Or is this a new build? Have you tried basic troubleshooting? Trying with one stick of ram at a time different slot ETC... To help you I need more information than I have a yellow light on my MOBO and it won't boot. Different boards have different ways of saying something isn't working. Thanks!

Hello there! Are you having a VGA graphics card installed? The green light above seems ready to start but shows up as a VGA boot error. Share your system details—if it's a Ryzen CPU without a graphics card, you won't have video output, which is why the motherboard is displaying this LED. Please mention your reply using the back arrow in the bottom left or @SpiderMan, or any username.

Have you attempted to reset the graphics card? Which PSU do you have? What is the make and model along with its wattage? Did you purchase a used 1080 or are you the original owner and can verify it functions correctly? Is the 1080 receiving adequate power? Also, have you experimented with another graphics card?

I own the graphics card originally, it should function properly but I’m unsure if it’s installed correctly. Check the image below; the PSU is a Corsair RM850 80 Plus Gold.

Typically, when the green LED is on the PC, it’s a good sign and everything functions normally. The white LED might indicate various issues: GPU error bios setup or the system works but lacks signal to the GPU, or the cable is connected to the motherboard instead of the GPU (since the CPU doesn’t need graphics).

Check if the cable matches your GPU's specifications.

The monitor cable connects to either the GPU or the motherboard, depending on your setup.
