Swapped my Ryzen 5 2600X for a 5600 series and it won’t boot. I’m trying to fix it but am pretty sure I didn’t damage any pins. Need some guidance.

Your motherboard and BIOS are up to date and work with your new CPU.

Make sure your BIOS is current. This might be the root cause of the problem.

Using a flash drive with a separate PC is preferable, as it eliminates the requirement to swap the CPU twice. Your device's BIOS includes a flash feature.

Download the 7B89v2K BIOS from the provided link. Extract the zip file and place the BIOS on the FAT32-formatted USB 2.0 drive. Connect it to the USB port on the back near the power button. Press the power button to initiate the flashing process, which will cause an LED to blink until it stops. Ensure the power supply is active and all necessary cables are connected.
