My computer built around a year ago suddenly stopped functioning. Upon inspection, the CPU debug light appeared. This occurred after I performed a BIOS update via the MSI center. I replaced the CPU and removed the CMOS. I reset it by jumping it, tried using the flash BIOS button with a freshly downloaded update, but it only activated briefly before shutting off. The manual indicated it would power down after the update. I searched YouTube and found similar guides; their processes took 5 to 10 minutes, whereas mine only lasted seconds. Despite all attempts, my PC still won’t turn on. The red CPU debug light remains illuminated. My system specs: Ryzen 5 5600X, MSI B550 Gaming Edge WiFi, Corsair Vengeance 32GB RAM (16x2), IGame RX 3060, 12GB RAM. Please assist.

The red CPU diagnostic indicator implies a possible problem with the processor. It might mean the CPU is faulty. You could return it for repair if it was purchased new.

However, it performed well from May 2022 onward. Because I lack backup CPUs or components, I can't verify if the problem lies with the CPU or another factor.

Visit a local repair shop to verify the CPU status. If you bring the CPU, they should quickly assess whether it's faulty and provide an affordable solution.
