The BIOS update didn't resolve the issue.

I think I changed it so the green approval clicked after a few minutes, just like it usually does. Tested both the latest beta and the newest release, plus the 2 newest versions that aren’t beta.

Ensure all connections are secure and power is properly connected. I've observed a few issues that trigger the Dram light without display problems, especially in AM5 builds. Typically, outdated BIOS is the first concern, followed by incompatible RAM, then a faulty CPU or motherboard. If updating the BIOS doesn't resolve the issue, try another RAM module. Should neither work, test a different CPU in the system. If you still face problems, it likely means the hardware is defective. Debugging can be time-consuming; if you lack the right parts, it's better to visit a professional rather than buying everything yourself. Their expertise and cost efficiency will save you money and time.

Thank you, this has been useful and might fix it. I was mainly trying to figure out if I had missed a clear action. The computer has a warranty, so as long as it wasn’t damaged, we could just let someone else handle the issue.
