According to reports, complete versions work on any PC, but I don’t have direct experience with that

W10 typically uses a single license per PC at a time. You can transfer it between devices if you deactivate it on the current one, though OEM models are usually bound to a specific motherboard—changing hardware would require a new license. Earlier versions could still be moved around as long as they were only active on one machine.
