I have an Asus TUF Gaming B650 motherboard, a NZXT Kraken Elite cooler, and two sets of Lian Li Uni Fan SL-INF 120 RGB units. The cooler is connected to the AIO_PUMP header, its controller, and three fans that aren’t on the radiator. I then linked the three Lian Li fans (located on the radiator) to their controller, which is tied to the CPU_FAN. The issue is that the fans are barely spinning and don’t speed up much as CPU temperatures rise. I can hear the pump activating but not the fans.

Clarify the exact location where you're linking the fans. It appears they use a dedicated connector designed for their controller. The controller seems to depend solely on USB input rather than a direct motherboard PWM signal, so ensure it's properly connected via a USB header and install the necessary software. Activate the "MB RPM Sync" option if needed.
