Hey everyone, I haven't been able to get power to the unit. I'm not sure about the "Have you checked if the system will boot at all? Unplug the case and jump the power pins to confirm it's a case problem" advice. As Applefreak mentioned, double-check that you're using the right connector first. I've tried pairing the header pins in pairs just to verify the orientation, but still no power. I also switched to another AC outlet and power cord, but nothing changed.

I just ran a continuity check on the power supply where the cord connects, and it came back positive. This shows current flowing from the wall into the supply.

No, I did not physically connect the pins with a screwdriver.

I haven't performed that action. It's unclear which pins to select.

I often struggle with how the pins align—whether across from each other or next to one another. Many manuals seem unclear on this detail. The newer boards usually use color coding or list pin numbers in sequence along with their functions. I shared the manual link, and if anyone can clarify which pins correspond to which, I’d appreciate it. Using a screwdriver might help once we figure this out.

I also experience a continuous positive connection through the power cable originating from the enclosure.

I've tested the PSU and it works. I did the screwdriver test and still have no power.

It seems the motherboard is defective—no fans and no LEDs. Would it be possible to purchase a replacement just for testing or returning it?

The conclusion remained the same; I’ve been evaluating new options as you advised. What caught my attention was how costly the boards are now. I assumed the AM4 platform would be phased out, yet it seems extra features are still being added. Do you have any ideas? Thanks.
