Hi, I'm searching for a motherboard with an LGA 1155 socket priced between $100 and $150 AUD (about $66 to $100 USD). It should support PCIe 3.0 and be ATX form factor. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Search online or nearby for affordable options; there aren’t any new listings. Pcie 3 is available mainly on Ivy Bridge chips, and speed isn’t a concern.

1155? Refers to the 3000 series Intel processors? You're mostly stuck with what's found on eBay or local secondhand shops nearby.

What processor are you using? Just aim for a more recent platform if you're planning to pair CPU with a board.

You'd need only luck if Biostar begins offering these boards H61MHV2 Ver. 7.0. You'd prefer a USB 3 card and a USB 2 header for the expansion slot card.

Was die Leitung versagt? Ich habe persönlich den Prozessor und den RAM verkauft und stattdessen eine aktuellere Plattform gekauft.

New choices in Australia are listed here: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/products/mot...3,50,51,52. However, it seems the investment isn't justified. Ivy Bridge was launched in 2012, making it quite outdated. Consider selling your current gear and moving to a more modern setup. An appealing alternative is the PCPartPicker Part List: Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor $198.00 @ Shopping Express Motherboard ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $139.00 @ Centre Com Memory OLOy 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory $108.90 @ Newegg Australia. Prices cover shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts – total $445.90. You might also opt for 2x4GB RAM modules now, since this board supports four slots, allowing future upgrades if needed.
