You can use 3000MHz RAM with your 2666MHz setup, but running at that frequency won't work directly. You might adjust timing when using faster RAM at a lower speed, though it's not mandatory. Pairing two 8GB modules or four 8GB modules could work depending on cost and stock. (For future upgrades, aim for matching clock speeds.) Reducing GPU voltage isn't essential—it helps save energy and manage heat.

I researched your motherboard compatibility and discovered that even with 3000Mhz RAM, performance will be limited to around 2666 unless you upgrade to an i7 or i9 processor. Would you like some recommended RAM options? Your concern about health issues is valid—adding this could potentially improve stability. To check your RAM’s CL timing, use the manufacturer’s tool or consult your motherboard manual.

The simplest option is to repurchase the RAM you already own or opt for the 3000MHz variant. You can choose based on frequency/clock speed timing, cost, and stock availability. Label the RAM modules clearly—like 16, then 19, and finally 18—and update the entry as shown here. Edited October 31, 2025 by leclod

This should assist in resolving the problem of declining health.

We aren't certain about the exact figures. I'm using around 15 out of 32GB right now, though I've noticed more than 16GB in practice. It's unclear if tracking the current pagefile is feasible on your system. I found some guidance that suggests it might be possible: https://userguide.m-files.com/user-guide...nitor.html I was able to check it myself and saw about 6% of the expected 2GB, which means disabling the pagefile could help. You can also read more here:
