The costs aren't unusually low. The first item, the AMD R5 Ryzen 5 1500X, is quite an old version. The second, the R5 Ryzen 5 3500X, offers a decent price but isn't excessively cheap. Purchasing from Aliexpress for the 3500X would likely be more economical.
