I've had my Lenovo Legion T5 repaired at Lenovo, but I'm still facing the same issue since June last year. The error code 0xc0000001 keeps appearing. I found your YouTube channel while looking for a solution to a printer error message, but I'm really struggling and have no other options. I had a tough time with customer support, and it's been stressful. My back pain is severe, and I'm dealing with arthritis, making it hard to work or even get around. I need help fixing my computer so I can keep working from home. If you can't assist, please let me know who in your company might help. I'm willing to do anything to get this resolved, even cutting something off if necessary. Could you send me an email with someone who can assist me?
It’s a Lenovo Legion T5 Tower. I completely wiped the system and used a recovery disk to reinstall Windows, but the error keeps appearing. I have limited access to BIOS settings—some features are restricted by Lenovo—and I can’t even roll back the device because it’s locked. An authorized technician visited my house to replace the SSD and install a new OS, but that didn’t fix the issue. I’ve taken it to Lenovo’s repair depot three times, each time receiving the same problem. They sent me Windows recovery drives after each visit, but they still can’t resolve it. I’ve been trying to get my computer fixed since June last year, and it feels like a huge waste of $1,500.
Jesus... I'm relieved I didn't receive a Lenovo device. Can you perform a BIOS flashback to re-flash the BIOS image?
