That is where the proprietary PCI-E slot would be, pic of M720q Tiny: And to use it you'd need an adapter/riser (for M720q): You'd also a need a more powerful ac adapter (to properly power the PCI-E slot) Anyhow your slot isn't even soldered to the board, and even if you find where you can buy one and solder it... I very much doubt it would work.
