Hello everyone, I'm experiencing problems with my Lenovo laptop (Legion 5 17ACH6H). The middle row of the keyboard isn't registering any key presses—only after pressing it multiple times does it function. I checked a keyboard tester site and everything worked fine there, but the same issue persists when I open applications. I haven't spilled anything on the keyboard or dropped it. Please let me know if you can assist with this. Thank you!

Same issues occur with me too. My laptop is a 2021 17ACH6H model, and several keys are unresponsive. Cleaning didn’t fix it. I’ve located a replacement keyboard for $22, but replacing it will require taking the whole machine apart.

The problem seems unrelated to hardware since the keys function sometimes and testing shows no issues. It's likely a software concern.
