Hello everyone. My Lenovo idea pad is having some problems when it starts up. The logo appears, the Windows 11 hour glass spins, but the screen goes black while I still hear the chime. Since the laptop is connected to an external monitor, the external display activates as soon as the laptop screen turns off. I’ve checked the desktop settings, updated BIOS, uninstalled drivers, and looked for any other Windows updates, but nothing seems to be causing the issue. What could be wrong?

Was der Safe-Modus aktiviert, aber ich habe es auch gesendet, und das Bild auf dem PC-Bildschirm sowie dem externen Display sind verschwunden. Das System hat neu gestartet und keine externen Anzeigen mehr angezeigt.

I removed the HDMI cable and there was no output on the computer screen.
