Yeah, my thoughts, too. Origin makes a person download each Battlefield 4 map DLC individually after installing the game. Yet a server running any DLC a person doesn't have installed won't let players who don't have one of their used DLC join the server, even when it's on a map that the player does have installed. Pretty much, to play on a server that includes DLC maps, you have to have all of them installed. And yet to install them, each DLC needs to be downloaded individually, after installing the base Battlefield 4 game. There should at least be a prompt while installing Battlefield 4 that asks whether to install all the DLC with it.
