I haven't experienced this problem before, but it occurs either during startup or while using the device. The NZXT water cooler fans change color to white, and the RGB cables for the motherboard and GPU stop working except possibly two that remain active with their default rainbow design. When this happens, they aren't recognized by the software. Icuec notes that "Port 1/2 sensor is in overcurrent state, devices connected to the ports operate in low-power mode. please reduce the number of connected devices for proper operation." I'm unsure if this is connected to the same issue.

Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also mention the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time. If the issue relates to lighting, list your ARGB/RGB devices.
