I recently purchased a PC equipped with a B350 PC Mate and it came with case LEDs. The owner mentioned that the gaming case LEDs could be managed using M-SYS Mystic Light. When I opened the M-SYS site, an error appeared. Even after installing the B350 PC Mate version of the app (version 1.0.0.46), the issue persisted.

Which issue and motherboard are you referring to? Consider switching to OpenRGB if needed.

I own an MSI B350 PC Mate with a Fractal Design Focus G ATX mid tower. The LEDs use a 3-pin connector, and the LED package is confirmed to be compatible with MSI Mystic Light.

The openrgb tool doesn't appear to recognize input.
