I have a fresh 32GB RAM package and swapped my RX 570 for an RTX 4070 Super. Before giving away the RX 570, I used DDU. Issue: VGA indicator stays lit. Odd behavior: When I power up the PC, it fails to appear. Usually I just press the power button to shut it down, but here it turns off instantly—first showing the CPU LED on the motherboard, then after three seconds it switches to the VGA LED. While the CPU LED is active and for two seconds without it I can press the power button and it won’t shut. It shuts down by itself (delayed press) once the VGA LED returns. PSU: Super Flower Leadex || Gold 650W. What have you tried? Changing RAM placement, clearing CMOS for five minutes, reinserting the GPU into the PCIe slot, unplugging the GPU power cable. My RTX 4070 Super has a strip LED on its side but it never illuminates.

I fixed it by inserting the parts into the NVIDIA cable. I only connected one. I’m not sure why.
