The motherboard kept showing the LED even after the PC shut down, and it took time for it to stop. This might be due to a BIOS setting or hardware issue. Make sure the Z390 configuration is correctly activated.

Adjust the LED display settings in the BIOS. It may remain active or inactive when the system is powered down.

I understand, in my settings it's enabled but it doesn't activate when the device is turned off.

However, when I unplug the PC from the power source and then restart it, it doesn't remain on.
