LED on the CPU rapidly turns red several times during power-off of the PSU.
Hello everyone, I need the collective mind of everyone here since I couldn't find anyone having the same issue as me. On Thursday I wanted to turn on my PC, but got no reaction (nothing not even a single sound except for the mechanical clicking of the power button), only when turning off the PSU the CPU indicator light is flashing. I didn't do any particular tasks, nothing crashed the days before, nothing out of the order happened and shut it off normaly the day before. PC-Parts: CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor CPU Cooler be quiet! I tested this build also with a 500W PSU, but with this one I don't get ANY reaction not even when turning it off. I did switch out the motherboard from a Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2 which gave me the same reaction as described (and I also disconnected everything and reconnected everything of course also the CPU). I also tested the EVGA power supply with the testing bracket and the fans start spinning. I also disconnected some of the RAM sticks unfortunantly I don't have any other spare ones laying around. My assumption is, that the PSU is fine (even though I'm not 100% sure on it, but 2 dead PSU with one not even in use is a bit unlikley), the motherboard seems also fine. I ordered a cheap AMD CPU to atleast try and see if the CPU might have failed. Am I correct with my analysis and hopefully someone can give me a suggestion, what CAN be the problem(s)
