It looks like your system resists the 'DOCP' configuration, requiring a CMOS reset.

Open bios Tool, select SPD, view your memory profile, navigate to Tweaker, disable DOCP and choose Auto or manual settings. Adjust Dram timings, set frequency manually, configure memory timings, and manually set dramatic voltage in the Tweaker menu. Source: manual guide from ASUS PDF.
