Solved! Just for clarity, I rewrote everything completely, kept the case intact, and the issue remained... I attempted to disconnect all cables except the power button cable. It worked again! After several attempts, I discovered the reset cable or button was damaged, so without it the PC operates smoothly! Thanks, Tatami.
