I initially returned the unit because the DRAM indicator was red and they provided a video update confirming it worked. Now the case arrived, and upon first use the same issue occurred—DRAM light red, fans spinning, RGB inactive. After testing various fixes like replacing RAM, swapping slots, and resetting the BIOS, I’m still facing problems. I’ve been trying for weeks without a resolution. Could you help?
