Generally PC starts up smoothly but occasionally it freezes on VGA and no screen appears. All parts seem brand new so hardware isn’t likely the cause. I reset the BIOS, reattached the GPU, swapped the DP cable, tested various DP slots in the GPU, updated the BIOS to the latest, performed stress tests on all components including the PSU. Everything functioned properly without problems. My system specs include an I7 12700F, RTX 3060, B660, Aorus Master 8x2, GTX 1060, TridentZ Neo 3600, 650W cooler, and MWE Gold case. As mentioned, this problem occurs frequently, it began just yesterday. Prior to that, I had no issues for six months after purchasing all components.

There seems to be a problem linking the GPU to the PCIe port. Make sure the port is free of debris and the card is correctly placed, run GPU-Z to verify settings, and ensure you're using x16 bandwidth.

Discovered a shortcut, likely a software glitch. The solution is activating the PC and waiting a few seconds before pressing the power button. It might help right now.
