You're still in the BIOS setup but seeing an orange LED light up on both sides of your motherboard. It's normal for this to happen when the system boots into BIOS and checks hardware. The LED usually indicates a power or status issue, but it doesn't necessarily mean something is broken. Since everything else seems to be working fine in the BIOS, you probably don't need to worry too much about it right now. Just keep an eye on it while you install your OS.
