I'm experiencing issues with my recent build. The CPU debug light flashes briefly before turning off, and the DRAM debug light stays lit for several seconds. All debug indicators remain active for a short duration. When attempting to boot, the system fans and cooler fan fail to spin. I've tried various solutions: re-seating the GPU, using different GPUs, checking PCIe slots, verifying connections, testing multiple cables, updating BIOS, and ensuring proper power supply capacity. My components appear functional, and I believe my new GPU should work as it is brand new. I've double-checked everything for correct wiring and compatibility.
