Hi everyone, I'm dealing with a persistent Windows 8.1 issue where my program freezes and I can't interact. I've tried some fixes like scf.exe /scannow, but errors keep appearing. I'm considering a full reinstall and upgrading to Windows 10. There are concerns about gaming performance in Windows 10, especially with an SLI setup (my system uses a 980Ti in SLI mode). My questions: 1) Should I restart the PC using the disc in the optical drive, or also enter BIOS settings and boot from the disc first? 2) With three SSDs—one 120GB salvaged from my old machine and two 480GB Intel drives—I'm unsure if I should remove those two during the reinstall. Thanks for any guidance; this is my first time handling a reinstall, and I want to make sure I do it correctly.
