You can enjoy the PC version of tesOblivion using your Nvidia Shield by playing with a controller. This works because the Xbox version supports full controller input, so you should be able to use your Nvidia Shield for the same experience. It’s a bit surprising given how console ports often limit keyboard and mouse options, but your setup should handle it.

You can achieve this using a mod, though it needs the Nexus mod manager installed. Additional apps are affected as well. More details are available at the provided link.
