Hi everyone. For bandwidth control, prioritize your PC on the network and set secondary devices to lower priority. Adjust router settings to manage traffic allocation. To limit interference while gaming or streaming, consider using Quality of Service (QoS) rules. You may need to specify destination and source ports for apps like GTA 5, but the exact protocol isn’t clear. Check your router’s advanced settings for these options. Your Huawei HA-35 setup might help with this. Let me know if you need further guidance!

These configurations are mainly tailored for routers but would require adjusting bandwidth per device by MAC address. I’m uncertain about your ISP’s actual speed, so setting it to 20mbps should suffice for video and other apps on your phone. Visit https://speedof.me to assess your typical speed and reduce it accordingly—perhaps by 20% of your full capacity. Avoid changing TCP/UDP ports individually for each program; you can proceed, but you’d need to identify the ports those games use, which is unnecessary. If you’re comfortable with the task and your router allows, create a subnet or VLAN just for your PC and restrict it accordingly.

Your setup seems to be aligned with your goals. You're aiming for a stable 10-15 Mbps on your PC while ensuring other devices can still use the remaining bandwidth without issues. The MAC addresses and URLs you provided confirm your PC's identity and the wireless devices involved. Adjusting DSCP masks or upload limits could help fine-tune performance, but make sure changes don't disrupt your current balance.

Perform a speed test on each device to verify the changes are effective.

Check the current DSCP settings on your PC. If you need to configure it, choose a suitable number based on your traffic priorities.

If the setting is set to default, I’ll keep it as is, but I can boost your upload/download caps—don’t forget, leaving them at zero will cut off your link.

It seems unclear what ingress download actually does, and it doesn’t appear to be effective. This router’s QoS options are quite restricted.
