I consistently face issues when attempting to display a video with Intel Quick Sync (Sony AVC/MVC at 1080p 60fps). The system reports errors that can't be resolved or indicates Quick Sync Video isn't available. Despite enabling IGPU multi-monitor in the BIOS and adjusting the screen size so both my IGPU and 750 Ti are supported, rendering still fails. On the desktop menu, both Intel Control Panel and Nvidia control panel confirm the presence of both GPUs. The problem persists even after previous successful attempts.
