Learn how to remove Linux from a dual-boot setup containing Windows.
I thought about moving this to a different topic but decided to keep it here. I installed and set up my new M.2 drive, then used the live USB in EndeavourOS to install it. Normally, my built-in WiFi is labeled as Ethernet, which is great, but the preinstalled drivers don’t support 5 GHz. I tried connecting to my network, but every time I entered the password it failed, claiming it was incorrect. I’m certain I was typing it right, so I won’t second-guess that. On checking my motherboard, it displayed the error code 00. After some research, it seems a faulty CMOS battery or corrupted boot data might be the issue. When I tried booting into Windows, the code didn’t appear at all. It looks like removing the old Linux bootloader could be the solution.
