You can't undo the data wipe... It looks like your partitioning was lost during the process, but you can verify it using diskpart.

As an HDD and a distinct storage device, you can attempt your chances with https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva. Do not install or add any new information to that HDD, or you risk losing the data completely. Recovered files should also be saved on a separate drive.

I didn't really suggest that one. I meant OneDrive since it's built into Windows and could have been set up automatically for backups. I was only talking about where certain photos might have been saved. I don't like Dropbox, haha.

You should consider another storage option. Right now you're using a service that displays very large files, but many of them are not useful. You might want to filter the results to keep only JPG, PNG, and MOV formats.

You're seeing many duplicate files—like videos and images with similar names—because the app is loading everything at once. To clean them up, you'll need to identify and remove these duplicates manually or use a tool that can compare file content and rename duplicates automatically.
