Hey there! I just started playing CSGO a few days back... wow, it’s really tough. I’m struggling to hit anyone, even with singleplayer bots. Do you have any advice on how to get better? My sensitivity is set just right, so that shouldn’t be the problem. Any suggestions would mean a lot! Thanks!

Several newcomers launch all their bullets simultaneously, which works well with SMGs and Negev rifles, but not with rifles. Aim for 2-3 shots at shoulder height on the AK47, and with the M4A1-S, I usually target the stomach crouch and fire. Many suggest crouching to improve accuracy; avoid this early since it’s risky for headshots. Always scan the surroundings and move straight back when ready.
Note: You’ll get used to aiming naturally as you play more. I didn’t practice aiming against bots beforehand, despite having 400 hours.
Another tip: control recoil against a wall first, then test it with bots and real players to reduce shake.
Anyone new into any counter strike game must know and realize that it's a different FPS game and is more realistic of recoil and damage. You have to take advantage of the crosshair and place them at the opponent then carefully spray. You must know the spray patterns of the gun, take it slow at first and learn the spray patterns of Rifles as those have the highest recoil. Don't just spray with pray, it takes skill to master this game. I'm MGE and I still have to train these skills everyday
