Hi, I recently purchased the Mercusys Halo H70x mesh (2 pack) for my home. It functioned fine most of the time, but sometimes the signal would drop and the halos wouldn't switch stations properly, affecting both my signal and internet connection. For context, my house is a single-story building with a few bedrooms and a hallway—so a mesh system seems excessive. The signal usually reaches as far as the street outside my home, but at other times it would just slow down and then resume. I don’t have much experience with network settings or router adjustments. A quick check revealed that the channel my halos were using was very crowded. I tried changing it, but there’s no option to do so. Anyone know how to adjust the channels on the Mercusys Halo H70x mesh?
I located the gateway IP and adjusted the settings, but there’s no way to modify the channel—it remains fixed at "2" for 2.4GHz and "36" for 5GHz.
