I often overlook turning off my PC, causing it to run all night. Since I don’t power it on daily, setting a phone alarm isn’t practical. If my PC is on past 10 PM, I’d like it to notify my Android or Windows laptop. Both devices run Windows 10 and connect to the same network. Can this be achieved natively?

I found a method using PushBullet combined with a tailored IFTTT. I’ll look for the article I previously used.
