You'll need a YouTube account. Visit the live stream section, find your streaming key, and input it into OBS. In the OBS settings, choose "Streaming to YouTube" and enter the key.

Since I have 126 subs on YT and no followers on Twitch, I'm thinking about setting up a PC build... or maybe just dreaming about it if Boxing Day comes around.
