Hello team, I’m checking in about my current configuration. I’m running a PC with a SATA SSD and a FireCuda GPU. My setup uses Windows 10 Pro x64 with the answer file during setup, which redirects all user folders to the FireCuda instead of the SSD. I’m wondering if this arrangement is effective or not.

It varies based on your location preferences. I keep my user folder on my SSD since I don’t store large amounts there.

Are you referring to symbolic links or just libraries? Symbolic links might cause issues during system restore.

I’m not familiar with symbolic links. On Windows, I used to install files through the answer file, so in C:\ (my SSD) there aren’t folders named "users" for save games, scanned images, or temporary files—those end up in D:\users instead. Usually my company splits the HDD into two partitions: one for Windows and another for user data. In my setup, I use different media; the SSD is just for the operating system while the rest goes to D:.
