Your location has limited Wi-Fi coverage, so we rely on DirecTV for streaming. The internet is heavily used, so I need to adjust the QoS settings in my CenturyLink modem/router to give DirecTV lower priority compared to gaming or background tasks. If I access the QoS settings on my device, I want to ensure DirecTV gets less bandwidth when it stutters.

Internet performance is slow—10 down, 1 up. My grandparents own the house, but when everyone else is gone, kids usually play games while parents and grandparents watch TV. These speeds are the highest available in their area.
