Remove your device drivers using DDU and then install the newest driver for your card. If this fails, revert to a previously known working driver.

It seems there might be an issue with the GPU utilization. There could be a method to boost its percentage, even if it's currently operating at minimal levels.

My visual preferences are set to the top for clarity, but it doesn’t affect the outcome, and lowering the quality isn’t helpful either. Thanks!

You're experiencing the same problem as well. I'll reinstall both the league and my drivers to check if that resolves it.

This is a pretty old post. Try making a new one asking for help next time instead of typing in this one. And lots of people have been having similar problems during the preseason. You can try the repair tool, but otherwise, might have to deal with it for now.
