Hello everyone, do you know a simple way to keep your windows open and run programs quickly? While formatting is fast, downloading and installing software still takes time. You mentioned wanting to use multiple PCs and having a pre-installed Windows setup with some software ready to go.

If you have time, setting it up on ntlite could be useful.

It’s simple: create a backup disk once everything is installed. This lets you restore your files if you need to reformat later. The main drawback is you’ll have to update Windows and software afterward. I don’t suggest it because the time saved would go to maintenance tasks instead of actual work. Instead, make a list of the programs you want to reinstall and download their newest versions before formatting. After formatting, install each updated program one by one.

NTlite or Tan3I6 mentioned it could work technically, but unless you keep regular updates, it will become outdated. Windows 10 has a reset option, but don’t use it—it’s unreliable and can leave driver problems even after choosing not to retain changes.
