After setting up Pop Os on my desktop PC, it displays a connection to my home network yet fails to establish an internet link. This problem appears specific to this machine when using Linux (it works perfectly on Windows). Previous troubleshooting attempts included: employing a USB-Ethernet adapter instead of the motherboard’s built-in Ethernet, manually configuring the network settings in the system, adjusting ADSL configurations via the router, and installing Intel drivers from storage (which didn’t work because I couldn’t download the required RPM files without an internet connection). The hardware specifications are: Gigabyte Aorus B450, Intel i211 chipset, Linux running on a Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe SSD, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor, and Nvidia GTX 1650 graphics card. Please advise if there’s anything else you’d like to try or additional details that could help.

Confirming the internet is working—run a ping to www.google.com and let me know.

I'm starting to receive packets and loading webpages. Unclear why this happened, but thank you for your assistance.
