Latest Windows 10 update causing internet issues
I just set up Windows 10 Pro on my new PC, but svchost.exe is consuming an enormous 3.4Mbps of bandwidth, which is problematic since it blocks me from installing software or using any devices while the system runs. If anyone has insights into why this happens even after a clean Windows 10 installation, your help would be greatly appreciated.
Turn off the Windows Update service and disable it completely
