No titles are compatible with DX12 at the moment, and Firestrike is limited to DX11 only. Before discussing DX12 support, a game must utilize DX12's API.
I think there is a miss understanding. It already does this. I think the point is when you go too low level you lose this, and the game has to do the work. DirectX12 re-handles this in itself, so that the developers doesn't need to implement this complex system, for every game, let alone be well optimized, bug free, every single time.
