Windows 10's foundation dates back even further than it appears. Versions like 7, 8, and 10 all expand on Vista, making minor updates at each step, while their inner workings stay largely unchanged. The main features of Windows 10 are still heavily influenced by Vista, with its internal functions closely mirroring those of Windows 7. It represents a refined version of Windows 7, and anything compatible with Windows 10 should also work with Windows 7—unless a developer imposes special limitations, such as restricting games to Windows 10-only platforms like UWP and DX12.

Accord with Delicieuxz; Windows 10 enhances your interface and resolves certain security concerns without affecting gameplay.

The games OP referenced seem to function well on Windows 7 using similar hardware. This suggests the problem lies more with OP's configuration than the operating system itself.
