Is XMP/DOCP activated? I observed the Windows memory test passed, but it isn't enough to fully verify RAM health—it will overlook many issues that tools like memtest86 can detect. If I were you, I’d confirm whether XMP is enabled, then disable it temporarily to see if performance improves.

AMD indicates the Ryzen 4500 offers 24/20 total and usable lanes on the chipset. The PCIe lanes are available, but I've turned off XMP following an IPA reset. After upgrading to Windows 11 and applying all updates, including DDU and driver installs, I ran a one-hour F1 22 test with no issues or crashes. It seems stable now—hope it holds. If not, capping the GPU to x8 might be an option?

The PC was nearly impossible to use for about five minutes before cleaning, whether XMP was enabled or not. After the IPA cleaning, XMP has been turned off and there have been no issues yet.

Battlefield 1 functioned after adjusting the PCIe x16 bifurcation settings. It randomly switched between x4 and x8 during bootups, so ensuring a consistent configuration was necessary. If you reach x4 F1 22, the issue persists with hangs and failed launches. Removing the WiFi card might resolve it, but testing other components could help identify the real cause.
