Not adjacent to my PC yet, but I can’t take a screenshot. It simply strips the acc from there, and even after that, it keeps asking if my PC is ready for insider updates. I still see it attempting to install the Win 11 preview.

Install the package from the provided link and execute it with admin privileges. Choose to stop receiving Windows Insider updates by pressing 4, type your email, and then restart as instructed. After rebooting, you won't remain in the Windows Insider Program.
