I'm using the mobile case, and if I figure this out I'll assemble it for the case tomorrow. I've already invested 5 hours trying without any luck.

While switching on the RAM light causes the CPU to flash red, emit a white flash, and shut down completely, the RGB indicators and cooling fans continue to operate.

No output from the motherboard? Can you verify the display using a different computer or check the PC with another monitor?

Yes, the fans do spin and you can switch the number lock using a keyboard.
